Recently, LizhiFM officially announced the closure of its USD50 million series D funding round led by Orchid Asia Group Management and followed by EMC. China Taihecap served as exclusive financial advisor in the transaction.

LizhiFM is light radio mobile software with which users can set up their own radio, upload programs, and show off their voice and talent without professional recording devices.

By using LizhiFM, users can produce a program longer than an hour and add several songs in between and switch them at will. Through LizhiFM options such as automotive mix and noise control is provided so that it does not require later clipping.

LizhiFM enables users to listen to thousands of programs online at any time and any place. It also provides offline playing functions, through which music can be played at places with poor network connection like the bus, subway, in the countryside and so on after downloading the programs.
